For riders ready for a bigger adventure, the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming deliver climbing switchbacks, deep canyons like Ten Sleep, and high mountain views. It is some of the best riding in the West.
This is our 2-day overnight trip. We leave from our usual meeting spot at Sturgis Coffee on Friday morning, ride west across the Wyoming ranch country, and spend the afternoon climbing into the Big Horns. After a night in the mountains, we ride the scenic byways and canyons on Saturday and roll back into Sturgis Saturday evening.
We run this trip on just three weekends a season, with up to 12 motorcycles. Hotel rooms are on your own. We will let you know the lodging location before the trip, most likely in Greybull, Wyoming.
One stop on a bigger ride. Every tour covers several of these roads, not just one. Your Lead Rider links them together into a full day of riding, picking the best route for the weather, road conditions, and the group.
